Border Security Force (BSF) is going to announce in Advertisement For Recruitment Of Constable (GD) In Border Security Force For Jammu & Kashmir State, Applications are invited from the male / female candidates belonging to state of Jammu & Kashmir for the post of Constable (GD) in BSF on temporary basis likely to be permanent in the pay band – I Rs. 5200-20200 + Grade pay Rs. 2000/- plus usual and admissible allowances to Central Govt. employees from time to time. In addition, Ration allowance, Medical Assistance, free uniform, free accommodation, free leave pass, etc. are admissible to BSF.

The post has all India liability and selected candidates can be posted anywhere in India and even abroad. They will be governed under BSF Act and Rules as well as CCS Rules. The selected candidates will be governed by the new contributory Pension Scheme, which came into effect from 01 Jan 2004. Medical Standard

Eye sight - max distant vision should be 6/6 and 6/9 for both eyes without wearing glass.
